Pulp & Paper Valves

CMO Valves manufactures a wide selection of uni-directional, bi-directional, round to square and 3-way distribution valves for pulp and paper applications. Their T-TAPPI Knife Gate Valve series is designed with a conically shaped body, reducing torque and enabling easy closure by allowing solids to clear more effectively. Built to handle counterpressure without gate deformation, it features internal slides that support the gate.

Crafted from stainless steel 18/8, the stem resists rust, while the GJS-500 nodular cast iron handwheel ensures durability under stress. The valve’s compact yoke allows for valve key operation even without the handwheel, and the independent stem protection hood simplifies maintenance. Every valve undergoes rigorous hydrostatic testing at CMO Valves, with material and test certificates available upon request.
