Field Services

Our service technicians are factory-trained and certified to provide rapid response to field issues impacting specialty valves and process equipment supplied by Armour Valve.

Whether you are scheduling routine maintenance or responding to an unplanned event, you can rely on Armour Valve’s specialists – and our manufacturer partners – to provide troubleshooting support, service, and repair of your critical equipment.

We are committed to responding quickly to issues in the field and are available after-hours for emergency technical support when critical needs arise.

In-House Services

When critical product issues arise, customers rely on Armour Valve for certified repair and refurbishment. Our valve maintenance service team carefully inspects and repairs single valves or entire skids of valves and parts in our fully equipped ISO 9001 workshop. With the support of our suppliers, our team makes sure that equipment is fully restored and tested to meet industry standards and customer application requirements.

Maintenance Training

Whether your team is new to our valves or would benefit from a refresher course, we can help you ensure your employees have the knowledge to get the most out of our products.

Our service technicians can travel to your facility, provide virtual training, or deliver a combination of both.

Training can be delivered by our own internal experts or by the manufacturer and can be scheduled around shifts and other time constraints.
